INCENSE

Light the tip of your incense stick or cone and allow it to catch flame for 5–10 seconds, then gently blow out. Place in an incense holder over a heat-safe surface. Never leave burning incense unattended. Burn in a well-ventilated space. Use to cleanse your space, set intentions, or deepen meditation.

SMUDGE STICKS

Open a window before smudging to allow stagnant energy to exit. Light the tip of your smudge stick and let it catch for a few seconds, then blow out the flame allowing it to smolder. Move through your space clockwise, directing smoke into corners, doorways, and around objects. Extinguish fully in sand or a fireproof dish — never water. Store in a cool dry place between uses.
